Podeliću sa vama recept za predivnu ovsenu kašu, koju je David doručkovao. Inače postoji bezbroj recepata i kombinacija za ovsene kaše, ja najčešće pravim kaše po receptima Nade fitt, a nekada ih korigujem prema svojim željama, namirnicama koje imam u tom trenutku. David kada ne ide u vrtić obično doručkuje žitarice sa voćem ili suvim voćem, orašastim plodovima, pa su kaše odličan izbor.
Evo recepta za ovu kašu:
U 2dl mleka razmutiti jedno jaje(kao izvor proteina) , dodati 2 kašike ovsenih pahuljica (možete i neke druge), 1 kašiku semenki suncokreta(može lan, može chia), 1-2 kašike kokosovog brašna, malo arome vanile. Sve to staviti na tihu vatru da se kuva, povremeno mešati i dok se još kuva izrendati prethodno zamrznut limun i to koricu i samo jedan mali deo unutrašnjosti. Izmešati malo, pa skloniti sa vatre i ostaviti da se ohladi, a onda dodati isečenu ili izgnječenu bananu.

When David doesn’t go to kindergarten, he usually eats breakfast cereals with fruit or dried fruit, nuts, so porridges are a great choice.
Here is the recipe for this porridge:
In 2dl of milk, whisk one egg (as a source of protein), add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal (you can also make some others), 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds (can be flax, can of chia), 1-2 tablespoons of coconut flour, a little vanilla aroma. Put it all on a low heat to cook, stir occasionally and while it is still cooking, grate the previously frozen lemon, peel it and only a small part of the inside. Stir a little, then remove from the heat and leave to cool, then add a sliced or mashed banana.
