Danas sam malo eksperimentisala i kombinovala recepte i napravila jedan divan ručak. To je bila musaka sa pečenim paprikama. Podeliću sa vama recept.
Na masti sam izdinstala 1 veći crni luk i nekoliko čenova belog luka, a onda dodala mleveno pileće meso, mada može i neko drugo. U podmazan pleh poređati pečene paprike(naravno očišćene), zatim preko staviti izdinstano meso, pa na kolutove isečena kuvana jaja.

Sve to preliti sledećom smesom: 3 jaja, 1 kisela pavlaka i jogurta od prilike.

Peći na 200°C , pa kasnije smanjiti na 180°. Na kraju je ispalo ovako i ukućani su bili oduševljeni.
