Danas vam predstavljamo recept za „Ajmokac“.
Sastojci:
- Pileće grudi;
- Beli luk (može i u prahu);
- Vegeta/začin;
- Brašno;
- Ulje;
- So, biber;
- Aleva paprika;
Priprema:
U šerpu staviti piletinu da se skuva i dodati vegetu/začin, zatim iscepkati ili iseći sitno.
U drugu šerpu sipati ulje da prekrije dno, zatim dodati brašno (ja stavljam 3 kašike) dodati beli luk (po ukusu). Propržiti i polako dodavati vodu u kojoj se kuvala piletina. Mešati dok se smesa ne zgusne.
Kada se smesa dovoljno zgusnula dodati piletinu, malo aleve paprike i mešati.
Dodati so i biber. (Po želji i ukusu)
