Za testo potrebno je:
- 500 ml mleka ( mlakog )
- 1 kvas
- 250 ml ulja
- 6 kašičica šećera
- 3 kašičice soli
- 1 kg brašna
Za punjenje potrebno je:
- 4 jaja
- 1 čaša jogurta
- 400g mrvljenog sira
- malo soli
Za premazivanje potrebno je:
- 2 jaja
- susam,lan ili kim
Postupak je sledeći:
