Mentalno zdravlje je podjednako bitno kao i telesno zdravlje.
Svi mi trebamo da obratimo malo više pažnje na naše mentalno zdravlje.
Jako je bitno da pričamo o svojim osećanjima, da prihvatimo sebe onakve kakvi jesmo.
I najbitnije je da prepoznamo kada nam je pomoć potrebna i da zatražimo pomoć.
Nema tu sramote!
Zdravlje je najbitnije.
Mental health is just as important as physical health.
We all need to pay a little more attention to our mental health.
It is very important to talk about our feelings, to accept ourselves as we are.
And most importantly, we recognize when we need help and ask for help.
There’s no shame in that!
